The Federation sponsors lots of opportunities for teens to socialize, perform community service and learn together:

  • JFI 2019

    Journey for Identity experiences take place every other summer. If you or your teen will be in 10th-12th grades during the 2018-2019 school year, consider the life-changing Journey for Identity!

  • JROCband

    JROCband: A Jewish Teen Music Collaborative is a new opportunity for music loving teens in the Jewish community who either play an instrument or sing and are interested in making music with other teens. Interested teens in grades 8 through 12 will meet weekly to engage, socialize and perform with other teens in a musical capacity. This weekly program will allow teens to develop song leading and general leadership skills. Additional opportunities for musically inclined teens will be posted soon.

  • Zikaron

    Zikaron is an complete learning experience that includes a trip to the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. for teens in grades 8 and 9.

  • Israel Programs

    Want to see the sun rise above the Dead Sea? Pray at the Western Wall in Jerusalem? Explore Tel Aviv’s trendy shops and outdoor markets?   • Israel Scholarships

    There is one community application for needs-based financial aid for students traveling to Israel or participating in Jewish study programs. Apply February 25 - March 13 at the link below. Federation funding is available for students through age 25. Contact with questions regarding Federation funding; contact regarding Farash funding.
