The Peer Leaders Fellowship program is an immersive, “by teens for teens” leadership development program, where fellows participate in seminars and one-on-one sessions that provide opportunities for skills-based training, mentorship, and reflection.  Utilizing methods of relationship building, program design and implementation, fellows collaboratively work to build a robust community for teens in the Rochester Jewish community.
