The exhibition honors the memory of the eight members of the Ulma family--including six children and their pregnant mother--executed by the Nazis for sheltering Jews during the Second World War.
The event will start with a panel discussion with Maciej Golubiewski, Consul General of the Republic of Poland in New York, Bonnie Abrams, Director, Center for Holocaust Awareness and Information; Aaron Hughes, Professor of Religion, Philip S. Bernstein Professor and Chair of JewishStudies; and Randall Stone, Director of the Skalny Center and Professor of Political Science. A reception and viewing of the exhibition will follow in Rettner Hall for Media Arts and Innovation.
