Krystle Ellis is the founder of Ellis K Consulting, where she helps organizations drive equity-centered change through strategy, data, and leadership development. A two-time RIT graduate, she has been recognized nationally for her community impact and was named a Rochester Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. Known as the “culture broker,” Krystle has worked with institutions such as URMC and USA Today, and is a passionate advocate for women’s rights, children’s healthcare, and inclusive policy. She lives in Rochester with her husband and three children.
