Gratitude, or hakarat hatov, is an important value in Judaism, one with a direct
connection to kindness. A great way to practice gratitude is to be thankful for the
bodies we live and breathe in every day. Enjoy an hour of family yoga followed by
crafts inspired by hakarat hatov and kindness.
