Diana Goldman of Beantown Kitchen shares recipes from her new cookbook, Plants For You.
Diana will demonstrate two plant-based recipes: a quinoa salad with sweet potato, apricot and pistachio nuts, as well as a vegan chocolate mousse.
A tasting will follow, prepared by Malek's Bakery.
