We are in a multi-year campaign to raise funds based on the recommendations of our Jewish security expert partners, the Secure Community Network (SCN). The plan includes:

Hiring a Director of Community Security (COMPLETE).
$3 million to upgrade security infrastructure of our 25 local Jewish institutions.
$7 million to establish an endowment to support security needs in perpetuity.

The ROCStrong—Security and Safety Initiative is funded entirely by generous donors. To date, we have raised $3.4 million of our $10 million goal. With their help, we have already:

Provided ROCStrong Security Training to community members.
Hired a Director of Community Security.
Partnered with the Secure Community Network to assess baseline needs of our 25 local Jewish institutions.
Conducted security awareness and preparedness training for community members, organizations, and synagogues.
Allocated supplementary funding to local synagogues for enhanced High Holidays security.
