Based on the New York Times bestselling book, Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the first-ever museum exhibition focused solely on this judicial icon. The exhibit is a vibrant exploration of Justice Ginsburg’s life and her numerous, often simultaneous roles as a student, wife, mother, lawyer, judge, women’s rights pioneer, and Internet phenomenon.

This exhibition was developed by Cate Thurston, Associate Curator at Los Angeles Skirball Cultural Center, in partnership with Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik, co-authors of the New York Times bestselling book, Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

There is no charge for this event. A 2021 ANNUAL CAMPAIGN PLEDGE is required for participation- Payment is not due until December 31, 2021.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester’s leadership has been diligently monitoring the worldwide and local outbreak and spread of the respiratory illnesses caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Consistent with national guidance, we are closely following local advisories to track what is happening in the Rochester region. While much remains to be learned about the virus, current statistics indicate that 80 percent of patients with COVID-19 are likely to have mild symptoms. Those at highest risk are people over 60 and those who have underlying health conditions.

Because the health and safety of community members is our top priority, we want to share with you information, resources, and steps we are taking to help safeguard our community’s health.
